Auto Settlement Report

The Auto Settlement Report allows users to track the auto-settled payments that are scheduled to be collected in the upcoming days and the payments that were collected across various account types in the past. This report also displays the reason for the failure of auto-settled payments, if any. Users can generate this report for a maximum duration of 365 days.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports Dynamic Reports Accounting Auto Settlement Report.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields.

Account Type

Users can select from the following options:

  • Reservation

  • Groups

  • House Account

Period

Users can select from the following options:

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Yearly

Start Date

The start date from which the report must be generated.

End Date

The end date up to which the report must be generated.

Status

Users can select from the following options:

  • Upcoming

  • Completed

  • Failed

  • Skip

Click Run to generate the report.

Click Save to save the report under User Favorites section.

Report Fields

This report displays the following fields:

Field

Description

Account

Displays the account type for which the auto settlement rule was executed. The following values are displayed:

  • Reservation

  • Groups

  • House Account

    Users can search for a record using this column. This column can be sorted.

Associated With

Displays the following account IDs for the accounts:

  • Reservation - Confirmation ID

  • Groups - Group code

  • House Account - Account number

Rule Name

  • Displays the auto settlement rule associated with the accounts.

  • This column can be sorted.

Folio

Displays the name of the folio with which the auto settlement rule is associated.

Initiated By

  • Displays the username of the user who initiated the execution of the rule.

  • This column can be sorted.

Period

  • Displays the period configured for the auto settlement rule.

  • Users can search for a record using this column.

Date

  • Displays the date when the rule was executed.

  • Users can search for a record using this column.

Amount Paid

Displays the amount paid by the guest when the rule is executed.

Tax Invoice

  • Displays Yes if VAT details are included in the emails sent to the guest.

  • Displays No if VAT details are not included in the emails sent to the guest.

Email

  • Displays Yes if users have selected the Email option in the configured rule.

  • Displays No if users have not selected the Email option in the configured rule.

  • Users can search for a record using this column.
